Deceptive dealership, they will say anything to sell a car. Kayla lied to my 72 year old mother and sold a 2023 model when she thought it was a 2024. Lied again and said it had smart cruise control, I found out months later that it didn't. They will lie and deceive to sell what is on their lot.. BUYER BEWARE!!

Exceptional customer service, courteous family atmosphere, fair and honest sales practice. Best buying experience I’ve had in my 50 years buying vehicles. Grant, the sales associate who handled the sale of my 2025 Sportage Prestige Hybrid was excellent. He was patient, thorough and accommodating. I never felt rushed or pressured by Grant or the financial associate answered every question asked and never tried to force unwanted options on my wife and I during the purchase. We drove 3 hrs. to the dealership and I couldn’t have been more pleased to have do so. Thank Grant and team Renn Kirby for an awesome buying experience.

I talked with Adel Milani (Sales Mgr) on the phone to get the out-the-door price on the purchase of a new 2025 Kia Sorento EX Hybrid. My wife and I went to the dealership and met with Adel and the salesman - Stephen. Wow, Stephen gave us a professional presentation on the 2025 Kia Sorento EX Hybrid and told us all about the SUV and answered all of our questions. He even helped my wife install the Kia app on her phone and connected it to the SUV. The people we met with - Adel, Chico and Stephen were both knowledgeable and super helpful. They didn’t try to add extras we didn’t want. This is a great dealership with very knowledgeable and pleasant staff when buying a car. Great sales and customer service !!! I would definitely go to Darcars Kia of Lanham to buy my next car for the excellent experience. Highly recommended !!!

Absolutely the worst dealership you can ever deal with. No one answers calls, texts emails or Facebook messages. When you did finally get them they will agree to numbers and then try to change them the day of delivery. Ted the sales manager never answers calls or emails. When he does finally call you back he will just hang up when you question why the numbers aren't what he confirmed and agreed to. I worked in the industry for years and never heard of this level of incompetence. Go literally anywhere else.

Purchased a new Kia Sorento last month from O'Donnell Kia in Catonsville. I liked the environment. The sales lady that assisted me Joy was extremely friendly, personable & informative. Not pushy, which is very important to me! The entire process was less than 1 hr. I did my research beforehand so I knew what I wanted and how much I was looking to pay - they were honest & upfront!! I would recommend everybody to check out O'Donnell Kia if you are looking for a "No Games" buying experience!!

In November 2008, I purchased a new car (2009 Kia Rio5) from Thompson Kia, even purchasing an extended warranty beyong the 5 yr/60k mile Basic Warranty. I was mislead by Thompson Kia about the warranty and I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle. From paint peeling several times (fixed incorrectly by Thompson Kia) to my car jolting when put in reverse to air conditioner problems and strange noises when steering -- all looked at by Thompson Kia in Fallston, MD and even after numerous visits, they could not fix my vehicle. I even had to get the Better Business Bureau of Maryland as well as Kia involved and on 08/23/11, I had my car towed to Thompson Kia for they promised they would fix my vehicle and after two days of not even looking at it and then telling me my car was not under warranty (the Service Department and General Manager somehow misread my odometer -- I'm not joking), a week later I was told my car was ready. Not only was the major items not fixed, but also new issues appeared. They denied Mediation/Arbitration by the Better Business Bureau to avoid fixing my vehicle. They did everything in their power to not honor both my warranties! This, without a doubt, was the worst mistake of my life! I wish I had never purchased the car!
