After being at a small handful of certified dealership, my choice of whom I would make my business with, became crystal clear! The Jordan way is really the way to go! Not only was the customer service the best I experienced in the last couple of weeks, but also, there was absolutely no sleazy, annoying, dirty, push pull, let me talk to my manager, 'I know you will love this vehicle', or my favorite, the pushy sales pitch phone call/voicemail! Jordan Auto is not like that. We came to Jordan Ford in Mishawaka after looking at the selections and prices online the night before and reading the very positive dealership reviews left by other customers (which were very comforting to us senior citizens). The car model and color we had seen online was there (a ruby red 2018 Ford Escape). After greeting us, Eric sent for the car to be brought around, and he turned us over to Devin McCuen who went with us on a test drive and handled all the details of the resulting purchase -- we loved the car immediately! Devin was very kind and competent and took care of all the details, explaining everything to us every step of the way. Kelly introduced herself to us during the process and not only did she help Devin qualify our old car for a trade-in, but she went the extra mile to find and apply an extra end of the year rebate to help lower the price of the new car. Paul Hoge, the business manager who handled the paperwork for financing was equally as kind and personable. Aiden was the bright techno-wiz who gave us a hands-on tutorial before we drove our new car off the lot.
