Several months ago we embarked on a long over-due mission of replacing our Toyota with another Toyota. We hate car shopping and approach it with deep dread and regret. We began looking at a dealership near our home but the vibes were not good. We decided to try Jordan's recognizing we were zeroing in on a certified used car even though it was a little higher in price than other options. We appreciated the fact that there was no haggling and we were actually buying into a little peace of mind. The additional peace of mind came in the form of a gentleman named Mike Gaffney. His intent was to educate us and see that we purchased the product that we were looking for long term. The auto we zeroed in on was indeed in our price range, but before we took the test drive Mike's supervisor approached him. Mike then returned to us and we were told that there had been a meeting and one of the autos discussed was the one we were interested in. There had been a price cut on that particular auto and Mr. Gaffney could then offer the auto to us at an even better deal than the one previously discussed. Were we interested? After the test drive of that auto and another newer model, it became apparent that the original auto at the excellent price was indeed our choice. We were quite interested in the auto before we were advised of the price cut. Mr. Gaffney did not have to reveal that info to us, but integrity is important to this gentleman. We have driven the Toyota for several months now and have nothing but good things to say about the auto, Jordan Toyota and Mike Gaffney. More

When I called Jordan's to check on whether a used SUV had a power driver's seat, Kara Mitchell actually went out into the used car lot and looked at the SUV to check for me. She was in the process of helping a couple with paperwork on the sale of a car, but continued to check on me as I looked at vehicles in the lot. I drove a Ford Escape. She asked Adam Blacketter help me. I have never been so spoiled! Adam worked with me to get a trade-in value for my car, and to look at the cost of buying the Escape. How would I describe my experience with Jordan's Ford/Toyota used car buying experience: SPOILED and RESPECTED. Kara and Adam were both helpful, and KIND. I wanted to purchase a pre-owned Ford Escape Limited (my current Ford Escape Limited was starting to have too many miles). I did an on-line search and Jordan Ford popped up. I contacted them via email and within minutes, I had an on-line chat with someone from Jordan asking me questions and showing interest in what I wanted. They followed up with an email and a phone call - the phone call was from Joel. Joel explained what Escapes that he had on the lot and provided the details that I needed. I told him that I planned to drive to Jordan and look at the car he had on the lot. He said that he would have the car waiting for me to look at. The car was ready for me to look at when I arrived. Joel starting telling me about all of the features of the car and suggested that I take it for a test drive. After driving the car, I knew that it had all the features that I wanted. We sat down and he told me the price and worked with me on my trade-in. No hassle, no haggling, just one price - you can't make it any simpler. He explained the Jordan process and within a short time, we were signing contracts. After meeting with Joel, the car was ready for me to drive away. He made some final checks with me to make sure that I understood all of the Ford Escape features. Buying/leasing a car can be so stressful - but with the "Jordan Way" - our car shopping was absolutely STRESS FREE. We considered leasing 2 vehicles - one for our daughter, and one for the family. We were never pressured by our Sales Guy Rich Love - he allowed us the opportunity to make the best decision for our family - without pushing the sale. As far as the vehicle goes .... Could not be happier!! I've had 3 Hondas - and loved all of them, but my new Ford FUSION is pure luxury at an affordable price. I thought I would give up gas mileage - but suprisingly enough, its very comparable. We are very satisfied - and will definitely use Jordan Ford for all our vehicle purchases. More
