Kathy was very helpful. Jordan's didnt have the car we were looking for and Kathy searched untill she found one. It only took a few days. My wife had to stop back by there a few days later and couldnt remember how to sync the phone to the car inorder to use the music on her phone. Again Kathy was more then willing to spend a few more minutes to make sure my wife understood how to do. We have had the car a week now and love it. More

I had come into the Ford shop early afternoon where it died. I have been comming into Ford for about 5 years now and have always liked the service there. Mary took over and told me they would be able to take care of everything that afternoon after my truck had the checkup. I was impressed! I expected my truck would be there overnight and maby repaired the next day. Mary kept me updated as to the progress of the repairs, she is a real "Pro".
