This is the second purchase we've made of a certified pre-owned Toyota from Jordan's in the past three years. You couldn't ask for a more easy process. We left our house at 3:00 PM to drive to Jordan's to purchase the car we'd previously picked out (it's a 50-mile round trip), and we were back home by 6:45 PM. While we were waiting for our paperwork to be completed, I texted my sister and told her that we were in the process of buying a car and that it could take a while. She responded by saying, "It could take days!" I guess she's never purchased a car from Jordan's. The process is very smooth and easy, and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We checked-out the Rav4s at the other local Toyota dealership, and the one we actually chose to purchase from Jordan's was $2,000 more than the one we were looking at across town, but Jordan's had the certified vehicle we wanted with the amenities we were looking for. I have taken my new 2013 Ford C-Max to Jordans Service Department for a couple of minor items and they have been very accomodating. Best dealership I have ever been to for service. They are knowledgable and honest. If they don't know the answer they will tell let me find for you. Not just making an answer up as they go. We purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid this week and are very happy with our experience. After looking at cars for about 2.5 years, we just couldn't find a car that had the combination of great looking are very happy with our experience. After looking at cars for about 2.5 years, we just couldn't find a car that had the combination of great looking exterior, luxurious interior with very pleasing cockpit design, great mpg and reasonable price. As it turns out, we just had to wait for the new Avalon to come on the market, because that car does the trick for everything we were looking for. My wife has now owned 4 different Toyotas over the past 30 years: a Tercel, Corolla, Camry and now an Avalon. We did look at Lexus several times but never loved the interior (or the price). So, we feel very happy to stay with the Toyota brand, which oozes reliability and affordable maintenance, while still getting the level of luxury that we've been craving for a few years. And what made me move quickly was the 40 mpg! Our salesman, Mike Gaffney, was exceptional and always very friendly and helpful. He over-delivered on service, making sure we were comfortable thru the whole sales process. This was a very easy and enjoyable process of buying a new car. We would buy again at Jordan Toyota in a heartbeat. More
