Giving Ford a bad name. MILITARY STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU. YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED!!!! My wife who is an active duty service member, wife, purchased a 2 MILITARY STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU. YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED!!!! My wife who is an active duty service member, wife, purchased a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E from Jordan Ford on 9/29/23. She got approved by Ford Financing for 0% financing for 60 months, which was awesome. She went and saw the Mustang and fell in love. We sat down to do the paperwork and were first explained about the lease options and then purchase options. It was explained that since we bought our trade-in out of state, that they would have to tax us for the full price of the Mustang instead of only taxing us the difference between the trade and the selling price of the Mustang. Stating it is Texas law that the trade-in has to be purchased here in Texas for a person to only be taxed the difference between the trade-in and the price of a car. It sounded weird but we are not from here and thought it was maybe true(THIS IS TOTALLY FALSE A PERSON IS NOT TO PAY THE FULL SALES TAX ON SALE THAT HAS A TRADE-IN SINCE THEY ARE ONLY CHARGING YOU THE DIFFERENCE). So with that information and seeing I was not saving money on the taxes we went with the lease option we were presented with. This seemed a little better, the monthly payment was less plus they told us that Ford was giving us a credit on the lease for the taxes so there weren’t any due until we decided to purchase it at the end of the lease(THIS WAS A LIE I CALLED FORD CREDIT AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO BROKE DOWN ALL THE LEASE CHARGES INCLUDING THE HIDDEN ONES THEY DIDN’T TALK ABOUT AT THE DEALERSHIP). After looking at the paperwork the next day. I noticed that although the lease was cheaper monthly we were going to be paying over 8,000 more for the lease option instead of financing it. I went back to the dealership and they did make that right and reversed the lease and let us finance the Mustang instead. It was very misleading and we honestly felt pressured and led into the lease option, as it was explained that it would mean that we would have to come back for another car. During the process of filling out the paperwork, we also explained that we are not residents of the state of Texas. My wife who purchased the car solo and who is an active-duty service member, home of record is in a different state. We were told that they had to collect taxes here still even though the car was to be titled in her state of residency (WE DID LEARN THAT THIS WAS ALSO A LIE). They titled the car to Texas anyway. This gets better! So this past Friday we a call saying our plates were there and for us to pick them up. The Mustang broke down for the second time since had it (brand new by the way) the following Monday so while getting the car checked in I went and pick up the plates. I see them they are TEXAS PLATES!!!! I explained to them that I was assured that the car would be titled in our state of residency since we are not residents of Texas and would only be here for a few months. They apologized again and said they would get it fixed. So what did they do??? The took those TEXAS plates and mailed them to our home of record!!!!!! The car is sitting in there on the lot, not able to be driven and they mailed the plates to the home of record!!!! I called them immediately and this is the response that I was given. “Mr. & Mrs. 1:01 PM (1 hour ago) I do apologize for the inconvenience, all of the paperwork and titling was signed for Texas titling and the permanent Texas plates have already been issued. If you were to want to title this vehicle in Ohio you would need to take the buyers order which you have a copy of along with the Texas plates and registration to a DMV office in Ohio to have them transferred for Ohio titling.” (this was edited to remove names) More

Purchased an F-150 6 months ago for roughly $65k including extended warranty and maintenance. Despite giving their finance manager 3 separate ID and correcting the contract TWICE, the Registration a including extended warranty and maintenance. Despite giving their finance manager 3 separate ID and correcting the contract TWICE, the Registration and Ford Credit account came back with my name misspelled. Numerous calls, messages, visits and filled out forms to correct and Ford Credit reports they have not remedied the account nor sent any of the documents to them. This is all after being promised a working in dash trailer brake controller could be installed ‘right away, as soon as tomorrow’. I had to threaten legal action for them to act in that after being lied to that parts were ‘on back order’ I got curious, crossed the parking lot to the parts counter, and guess what—new brake controller in stock. I bought it and presented it to the sales person just for the look on his face of being caught in a lie. I am still going back and forth with Ford Credit who refuses to even call Jordan in any effort to fix their mistake. Who knows what they have reported to the credit agencies—or have not reported. Well, we will find out. Stay tuned for an update and more posts wherever I can make them. If you want a quality vehicle, honest staff that will do whatever is necessary to keep you happy—go elsewhere!! Thanks Jordan, keep up the erroneous work! More
Declined to purchase, asked to be kept in the loop on an upcoming model, was literally laughed at via text. Not sure whats funny about an 780 credit score and cash to put down, but OK upcoming model, was literally laughed at via text. I have been trying to get a hold of the Service Manager -Roy regarding paperwork I turned in regarding refund on an egr filter replacement I paid for on my 2012 F-350 Diesel truck. Received a recall lette -Roy regarding paperwork I turned in regarding refund on an egr filter replacement I paid for on my 2012 F-350 Diesel truck. Received a recall letter in the mail from Ford and “Roy” made copies of the letter and the Jordan Ford Bill. He told me he would submit it to Ford and would be getting back in touch with me. I have tried calling several times and keep getting the run around. I have talked to the Sales Manager because “Roy” was out and going to return Monday of this week and he would leave a note for “Roy.” Heard nothing so I called on Tuesday and left another voicemail. Called again on Wednesday and receptionist said he was unavailable but she text him and he would get back to me soon. Heard nothing so I called again today and was on hold for 20 minutes and mysteriously was disconnected. Called back requesting to talk to another manager and was sent to voicemail. Will not return. Took my 2014 Ford Escape in since the car was thumping while accelerating at high speeds; told by Autozone using their free diagnostic that my Wastegate Solenoid needed replacing. Jordan Ford, once they h while accelerating at high speeds; told by Autozone using their free diagnostic that my Wastegate Solenoid needed replacing. Jordan Ford, once they heard my story, (including the free diagnostic) took the car on a Tuesday, returning it three days later on Friday. Mechanic who handled the car was Robert Helgerman. However, the next day (Saturday), the same thumping happened under the exact same circumstances as before, which meant that the car wasn't fixed. When I asked for either a refund or a free service, the service representative Emily explain to me that, because Autozone's diagnostic was unreliable, Ford wasn't able to either refund the service or offer a free repair. She explained that Autozone's service didn't accurately diagnose the car, which meant that the information Ford received from me (and by extension Autozone) was inaccurate; this meant that, in order to "properly diagnose the car," I'd need to pay $189 in addition to the original $355 repair that was "inaccurate." It also technically "cleared" Jordan Ford of fault. This left me with three questions: 1. If Autozone's diagnostic was inaccurate, why didn't someone say something when I first explained the situation, but was only told of the bad diagnostic AFTER I paid Jordan Ford? 2. If Autozone's diagnostic was inaccurate, why didn't they offer their own test before accepting my car based on an "inaccurate" diagnostic? 3. Why did Robert fulfill the customer request instead of probing himself and discovering that my request was inaccurate? This story is akin to a sick patient walking into a doctor's office, requesting Ibuprofen. Instead of asking probing questions and realizing that Ibuprofen isn't the cause of the issue, the doctor gives the patient Ibuprofen; when the patient later returns complaining that the Ibuprofen hasn't worked, another doctor replies, "you can pay me more money to diagnose your problem for you." Please avoid Jordan Ford's Service Section; this experience frustrated and disappointed me, and I will neither use Jordan Ford again nor recommend them to friends, family, and work colleagues. More
