My wife and I just purchased a new Ford Explorer from Jordan Ford. We have purchased several cars in the last few years and to be honest I hate buying new cars. Although I just want to say how awesome my buying experience was at Jordan Ford. They let us test drive a used car because they did not have a new Bronco in stock. After test driving we decided to not purchase that model and then test drove the Explorer, which we liked a lot more. Veronica Arizpe was our sales rep and she was Awesome! She was very helpful and not pushy at all. She made sure my wife picked the color and model she wanted. The car arrived at the dealership on Thursday and Veronica came in on her day off to get the vehicle prepared for the following morning. (that is dedication!) Once we arrived the process went very smooth. The manager took care of us and we did not feel pressured to purchase any add-ons (which most dealerships push down your throat!) I just want to say how easy the entire process was and how awesome Veronica and her manager was. More
