Overall please Purchase experience good but service asst manager had no clue what was going on. Told us 3 times our vehicle was ready - but in fact the part had not Purchase experience good but service asst manager had no clue what was going on. Told us 3 times our vehicle was ready - but in fact the part had not even arrived. Actually went to dealership once to pick up vehicle but it wasn't ready. New car got a flat tire after 4 days. Dealership replaced tire but threw the spare ( donut) in the back and did not return it to its proper place. At that point it was the principle of the thing and I had to make yet another trip to the service department on a Saturday where I waited over 30 minutes - finally had a finance manager help get the situation resolved.
