I purchased 2 vehicles from this place totaling just over 40 grand. One of the biggest reasons is their lifetime warranty and the loaner car program if something happens. Well guess what time to cash in on that warranty and I have to make multiple phone calls to get it figured out to multiple people, and they conveniently changed their policy and refuse to give me a loaner car. I am having transmission issues and they are forcing me to drive this almost an hour to a different dealership because they either don't want to or can't deal with the problem. Definitely do not buy into the smoke show they put up because it is a complete joke! More

I bought a brand new palasade and tried to make an appointment for first oil change and they scheduled me out a month later and I told them I was gonna need it sooner because I was going to go over th appointment for first oil change and they scheduled me out a month later and I told them I was gonna need it sooner because I was going to go over the mileage required and was told that’s not their problem. When I finally got in I was told 100 miles more and they would not give me a free oil change. I get rude customer service for my first time being here. I went to check on my vehicle and someone was rummaging through my car. Will never bring my car there again and plan on selling my car and plan on never supporting Hyundai again More
