Alex was awesome! I purchased the car out of state and he coordinated everything. The day I arrived from the airport, I test drove the car, he initiated the OnStar an I purchased the car out of state and he coordinated everything. It's hard times out here. People are struggling to afford and pay for the bare necessities. Your company is out right taking advantage of your customers. I paid almost 200 for a diagnostic fee. I understand business and that's no problem. Taking advantage is a different story. It was determined that I needed a new hood latch sensor. You guys said it was 500. I did the job myself removing just 2 bolts to replace the hood latch. More
