After calling several times to create and double-check my appointment, and driving all the way to the dealership, they told me that they could not accept my car since it was 10 years old and had over 100,000 appointment, and driving all the way to the dealership, they told me that they could not accept my car since it was 10 years old and had over 100,000 miles. They refused me service because of the age and wear on my car, which is not even exceptional or out of the ordinary. I have never heard of this happening to anyone anywhere. The only thing malfunctioning with my car was the speed sensor, yet they still refused to service my vehicle and turned me away. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More

I asked about the car I saw, but expressed concern with how long it would take me to get there, just getting back to work. He said “no worries, I will send someone to pick up your car and bring this to you, drive it and see what you think, no strings and take your time deciding. Meanwhile we can appraise your car and be ready in case you decide to purchase.” WHO DOES THAT?? The courtesy and respect that is shown when I purchase a vehicle at this dealership is unparalleled in my car buying experience. Truly, if you have concerns about pressure, fair treatment etc. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! More

This was the worst truck buying experience I've ever had!
