Poor Service Experience Tried two times to have my car serviced for warranty work and left both times before having car looked at due to service writers not doing their jobs. Tried two times to have my car serviced for warranty work and left both times before having car looked at due to service writers not doing their jobs. First time brought my 2014 Camaro SS into dealership to have interior lighting looked at. Made an appointment and when the service writer came to me with my car he told me that they are too backed up with recalls at the time and I should just take my car back to the dealership I purchased it at. Second time brought my 2014 Camaro SS into dealership after again making an appointment to have my tire pressure sensor looked at because it did not seem to be working properly. When I arrived for this appointment it took what seemed like an eternity for someone to address me or to tell me which service writer I needed to see a gentleman proceeded to tell me that they were extremely busy just to look at all the service tickets on the back counter waiting to be done. Once I was given a service writer I was going over my concerns with my car and what I was there for and he asked me if I was going to leave my car because this may take several hours. When he said that I was confused as to how he could tell me several hours before anyone even looked at my car. I made an appointment so they could take my car back and look at the problem and then come to me in the service waiting area and let me know what the conclusion was and we could go from there NOT to walk into the service writers area and have them be rude and dismissive of my and my car because they were too busy to deal with me. I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles into any JOSEPH dealership in the future nor will I ever purchase for them either. These two experiences were enough to have me drive home and want to do all that I can to let others know that JOSEPH CHEVROLET is not nor will ever be a place that values their customers. More
I have purchased 7 vehicles from Keith Blanton over the years at Joseph Chevrolet. He has always been fantastic to deal with and he goes above and beyond. He knows his product and understands his custome years at Joseph Chevrolet. He has always been fantastic to deal with and he goes above and beyond. The service department is great as well... very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Joseph and in particular Keith to anyone I knew who was buying a car. More
We were just looking around for a used truck one Saturday when we came to Joseph Chevrolet. It was late and they were closing in an hour. That's when we saw the truck we had been looking for. Gary, our sales man, was great he stayed late to help us get the deal we wanted. He even kept his cool when my husband was being difficult. We left that evening with the truck and drove home to show the kids. They were so excited that they said they don't want to ride in Mom's car any more. Thank you Gary Reed and Andrew Jones. More

I was pleased that Joseph's had a good selection of used trucks to show. I was even more pleased that Jeremy Hutton did not use any pressure to get me to consider to buy. I felt he took his time, gave used trucks to show. I was even more pleased that Jeremy Hutton did not use any pressure to get me to consider to buy. I was treatED like a real customer at Jeoseph Chevrolet. After a few bad years with the economy my credit score suffered greatly. I had beed to several dealership and after they looked ay my credit they rea After a few bad years with the economy my credit score suffered greatly. I had beed to several dealership and after they looked ay my credit they really did'nt WANT TO fool with me. I thought that I could a least go to onE of those buy and pay car lots but I ended up stoping at Joseph Chevrolet on Colerain Ave. There I meet with Mr. James Rabbitt, told him my situation. He said he could help (like I have'nt heard that before). But instead he started asking other questions like what type of car I was looking for. "WOW!!" I thought, "I actually get to pick". We looked a several models. Mr. Rabbitt was very knowledgable about the car I ended up picking and it was'nt even a Chevrolet. Rabbitt got with his manager, I found out later his name was AJ, to work things out. The manager, AJ, came out to talk with me and then worked everything to my satisfaction.
