Greg never made me feel rushed, always made sure I felt heard, and was happy to answer and all questions I had! He was never pushy and truly made me feel like he had my best intentions at heart. I'd recommend him to just about anyone. Nick was also a great help, and despite minimal interaction, the interaction we did have was very impactful to my overall experience at Joseph Chevrolet. While I hope to not have to purchase another car for quite some time, Joseph would be the first place I return to when/if I do. More

Jonathan was a great sales person and was very helpful. Enjoyed my experience with him, As for the company. They wanted to give me nothing for my trade , would not budge on the price. So I bought the car and on the way home steam was coming out from under the hood, I pulled over and noticed the radiator hose was not connected, all the antifreeze was all over. I put the hose on and was able to get it the clamp positioned to keep the hose from falling off, I called My salesman and he did not hesitate to have it towed back to the dealer. I asked if the could change the belt because all the fluid was all over it but they wouldn’t. They inspected it but wouldn’t change it. I had to take it to a detailer to have the antifreeze cleaned off the motor and frame. Because it was constantly smelling and burning, Which I paid for. I feel sales did a great job while management did nothing and would not help with any of the issues. More
