I called twice to make this service appointment, but both times the phone rang without ever being answered. So I made the appointment over the Internet. It was for a recall. I arrange my schedule to be there to have the work done, but nobody bothered to check to see if the part was in, so they couldn’t do the work. I would think when an appointment is made, requiring a part that somebody in the service department would make sure the part is actually there. More
