Faith Baker sold me a 2021 Chevy Silverado LTZ. She is an excellent sales person, and she was very friendly and prepared. She is the best, she worked with me to walk out with the truck and within my budget. She has definitely earned my business and I look forward to working with her in the future when I decide to upgrade to a newer model. Shortly after the sale, it was identified and determined that the truck needed a transmission oil change to stay within the powertrain life time warranty, Faith set my appointment up with the maintenance department and assured that the expense would be covered. I had my vehicle serviced, and was in and out expeditiously. Thank you Joseph Chevrolet Team for going far and beyond to assure excellent customer service. More

I have a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. I changed the spark plugs and wires myself EXCEPT for the number 8 plug which is IMPOSSIBLE to get to in order to remove. A chevy dealer would have no problem taking it out. JOSEPH CHEVROLET'S service guy told me the car is too old for them to work on (its an '08). Two years ago they told me the same thing when I asked them to install a new starter. Its worth noting I called Jeff Wyler CHEVROLET in Eastgate and told them what JOSEPH CHEVROLET said, they laughed and said "bring us the car, we'll take care of you" (and they did). Need I say more? Jeff Wyler didn't become the huge dealer he is by using the JOSEPH CHEVROLET school of thought. More

I lease from them so when I had body damage I took it in. The repair person who took pictures and looked it over said probably five days when the actual estimate was made they said 13 days. After calling several times to create and double-check my appointment, and driving all the way to the dealership, they told me that they could not accept my car since it was 10 years old and had over 100,000 appointment, and driving all the way to the dealership, they told me that they could not accept my car since it was 10 years old and had over 100,000 miles. They refused me service because of the age and wear on my car, which is not even exceptional or out of the ordinary. I have never heard of this happening to anyone anywhere. The only thing malfunctioning with my car was the speed sensor, yet they still refused to service my vehicle and turned me away. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More

T Bought a new 2019 Silverado from Joesph Chevy on Colerain, Ohio. I saw that it had some scuffs and scratches in it after bring in home on Dec. 24th. They fixed the scratches in the door but after realizing the bumper chrome piece was chipped and dented, they would not replace it. They said it would be too much of a loss for the dealer. What kind of customer service/satisfaction is that? If you buy something new, you expect it to be in great shape. I am beyond ticked off. More
