Loyalty like yours truly means a lot, and I’m very sorry to hear that this most recent experience left you feeling disappointed. Mileage charges at lease end are determined by Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) based on the terms of the lease agreement and the vehicle’s final inspection. In many cases when customers choose to lease another Nissan, there may be programs or options available that can help with excess mileage, but those can vary depending on the situation, timing, and how the lease return is processed. I would really appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened with your son’s lease return and see if there is anything we can do to help or clarify the situation. Since you mentioned you have three additional leases coming up, I’d also like to make sure those transitions go as smoothly as possible for you.
