Brought my car in for service (oil change and low tire pressure) and a warranty issue. Was told they would need my car for a full day (fine) then that turned into 3 days. Got my car back, my cables for my devices were gone, my car was incredibly dirty, my windshield was so mucked up from arms and handprints that everything was blurry. They put air in my tire but then when I left on a work trip and came back, my tire was flat at the airport (don't even get me started on how difficult it is to get someone to change your tire in an airport garage and now my car isn't accelerating right. I would not go back. I've been going there for years but this was the WORST experience and I guess you can say that due to new ownership. I don't recommend Journey Nissan for service. More

Completely validated every caricature about used cars salesmen. Thalina, who had limited knowledge due to her time on the job, did her best, but frankly her lack of training showed, and that's not her fa salesmen. She should not have been put out on the floor until she had full training. Richard in finance was as helpful as he could be. But I found it distressing that everybody else was pretty rude when I asked them questions about pricing or anything else. All cars should come with 2 key fobs, and the fact that mine had one and that nobody seemed to care to help me out except to charge me for another was unacceptable. In fact, those with whom I dealt on this particular issue, we're outright rude. I have been using this dealership for years for my nissan car. Your service department has always the good. I probably would never buy another used car from you,however. As a woman, I couldn't help but feel that I was being taken advantage of at every turn and that I should have brought some gentlemen along with me. Isn't that a shame that I would feel that way? More

Danny was able to get me in right away when I called about a bad vibration in the right front. I was due for an oil change so the scheduled maintenance was completed but the vibration was diagnosed and about a bad vibration in the right front. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Jimmy Palsimano. He was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased and answered all our questions. As far as the dealership’s admin process, we spent way too long there given that we did the car pre-selection and finance application online. It was not an exceptionally busy day, and once we finally did see the Finance Mgr, it was a very rushed process with little explanation on the documents. There was too much downtime for no apparent reason. There was also a mistake in the car we selected online vs what was ready for us when we arrived. We understand this dealership is under new owners and getting the “kinks” out. Hopefully, this review helps focus on areas needing improvement because the car and sales team are awesome! More
I brought my vehicle in for a recall repair. When I came in the person said they would also do an inspection. I told them it wasn't needed as I just had my car maintenance completed at another s When I came in the person said they would also do an inspection. They did the inspection anyway and then tried to use fear to get me to complete approximately $4k in repairs and maintenance, including fluids, flushes, etc. that had already been completed at my other shop. There were two things in going to ask my shop to look at, but I'm not seeing the issues the sales person talked about (uneven wear on my tires) so I'm skeptical that it's really an issue. I'll only go back if I have another recall. Using fear to get a female to complete maintenance and ignoring her request in the guest place just isn't okay. More
Made appt on thursday for following monday. Arrived early monday am. Service writer said we have no record of you making an appt. Requested transmission oil and filter* replacement service and to diagnose shifting issue. Within 4 hours i received 3 calls from sales people about trading in my car/buying a new car. Monday pm, never got info on work progress on my car. Tuesday, more calls about trading my car in and no work progress call Drove by to see if my car was in bay late in the day. Wed am no call from service, called wed late, approx 6 pm. They were going to get back with me. Called back said they think its a crank sensor causing shifting problem. Said would be worked on thursday. I called late thursday and service person said no work was done as technician was off thursday, but would get tjem on it friday am. I called friday around 3 pm, they said it would be done later today. Service person called around 530 and said it was done. I picked it up at service close time 7pm. I requested twice to have transmission service done (both filter and trans oil changed) THE TRANSMISSION FILTER WAS NOT CHANGED AS REQUESTED) the car has 97,000 miles and Nissan recommendation is 50,000, and 100,000 trans filter change. I am dissapointed the service was not completed as requested and it took a whole week for what should have been a 2 hour service. More
