The first thing you can do is to admit that my trucks transmission needs to be replaced because I’ve brought it in twice to have it looked at because it was shuddering and shifting very hard on start and stopping. The first time y’all replaced the transmission fluid and the second time y’all claimed there wasn’t anything wrong with it but the minute I drove my truck away it shifted hard so I guess it only does it when I’m driving it (wrong answer)! My truck is still under the power trans warranty so that’s why y’all don’t want to fix it because you won’t make any money off of me. That’s complete BS! I’ll never buy another GM vehicle if this is how y’all do people. I want my transmission replaced!
