The Koons of Manassas Service Depart addressed the issue with the Professionalism I have come to expect. My Service Advisor 'Kevin Hall' provided a clear and complete explanation of the Recall, which actually applied to the vehicle prior to delivery\sale. During the appointment time The Service Dept also accommodated my request to have some vehicle specific accessories installed. This request also was handled in a very professional manner. This is my preferred dealership. More
