We had had a less than stellar experience at a different dealership the day before so we were hoping for a better experience and we got one! John was unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant as he located a 2016 Encore that we had found on the Internet. Once he located the vehicle, he had it brought up front, handed us the keys and allowed us to test drive the car without any pressure or hard sell. As soon as we got back, we told him to start the paperwork and we drove the car home later that afternoon. I love the car and would happily recommended both the car and the dealership to friends and tell them to have John assist them. More

Services not performed I have 4 vehicles that we take to Joyce Koons for repairs. I recently took in my car to have the oil changed, my tires rotated and a problem with my b I have 4 vehicles that we take to Joyce Koons for repairs. I recently took in my car to have the oil changed, my tires rotated and a problem with my backup camera. They dealership had my car for 3 days. My oil was changed and camera replaced. My tires were not rotated at all. I took it back and they quickly did them and now my wheel vibrates when I get up to 50mph. I took it back today as I was thinking they maybe needed to be balanced. They said it was normal and suggested that I have the tires rotated back to original position to when I first brought it in. We insisted that they see if hey are properly balanced. Very poor customer service this time. It wasn't the first time they have not done something that was to be done. I believe in second chances but I will be going to another dealership from now on. The service advisor gave me a $40 credit for next time. It wasn't his fault at all. More

Mr. Philip Marinakos I met Mr. Marinakos when I was looking for a car for our Daughters. When I contacted Mr. Marinakos about the 2005 Volvo S60, that I wanted to see it I met Mr. Marinakos when I was looking for a car for our Daughters. When I contacted Mr. Marinakos about the 2005 Volvo S60, that I wanted to see it and take it for a test drive, he immediately replied asking what time I would be there, so he could have it ready for me. Upon our arrival, the car was parked right outside the main door. My Daughters and I looked it over and I asked if I could take it for a drive. He asked for my driver license and we were on our way. We returned the car and I told him that I wanted to purchase it. We agreed on a price and purchased it. The day we picked it up, we didnt make it home when the tail-lights went out. I called Mr. Marinakos and he asked that I bring it back for repair. Two days later, we picked up the car, and again before we got home the tail-lights were out again. I forgot to mention that this car was purchased "As is", no warranty. Before we brought it back, during the day time, we drove it around, and then something else happened. We stopped for gas and the gear shift would not work. A piece of the gear shift, where you squeeze it to place it in gear broke off. We found a temporary fix on "You Tube", and we were able to get it home. I contacted Mr. Marinakos and told him of our troubles with the car. He asked me to bring it in again, and he would guarantee it would be fixed once an for all. I asked him if he could have the gear shift looked into, and provide me a price to fix it. He said he would. I knew the gear shift was not his fault but from wear and tear over the years. I dropped off the car and he did something only new car purchases do, and that was provide me a temporary loaner car until my car was fixed. Two days after dropping my car off, I get a call from Mr. Marinakos that the car is ready for pickup. He explained that the read tail-light wiring was completely replaced, the gear shift was replaced with a New shifter, and they even replaced the windshield wipers, which I never asked to be replaced. Mr. Marinakos and the Joyce Koons Dealership, went far and above what 99% of dealerships would ever do. They fixed everything at NO COST to me. I will be in Mr Marinakos and the dealership's debt for what they did. Anyone I hear of that are looking for a New Car or even a Used Car, I will personally send his way, because when most dealerships just want your money, Mr Marinakos and Joyce Koons want your trust and your total satisfaction. Pleasant buying experience My wife and I were in the market for a car and were comparing two models, the Rav-4 and the Encore. We test-drove both and the Encore was much more f My wife and I were in the market for a car and were comparing two models, the Rav-4 and the Encore. We test-drove both and the Encore was much more fun to drive and nicer on the inside, plus the styling was very appealing. Phil was wonderful for us; we had to walk into the showroom to find someone and he was not over-eager to serve us, but was polite and happy. Perfect! He let us test-drive alone and wanted us to take it on 66, even during rush hour. He was much more knowledgeable than other sales people we had met at other dealerships. We were planning on going home and thinking about the "best offer" prices we had received for the cars that day and deciding in the morning, though after test-driving the Encore we were pretty sure we wanted that one. They asked us what price would allow us to buy it that day. My wife (from Bolivia where they love to bargain) named a number that I thought was very low, but they came back and we were able to meet very close to our number. I am sure we got a lower price than if we had come back the next day. We appreciated that they wanted to sell a car that day and wanted to find common ground. There was no pressure, just common interests. The way it should be! We are extremely happy with the entire experience and are particularly happy with the car! More
