Very low customer satisfaction. Purchased a new vehicle Monday, 5 October 2015, about 12:30. They had to trade to get it from another dealer. We never received the vehicle until after 1:00 on Friday, 9 October. Then while trying to set up the OnStar it required: Tech Level 2 support, a software update, and now we're told a new part. Everyone was EXTREMELY nice and friendly until I didn't do what they wanted (like purchase extended warranty) and then became angry/disrespectful. The General Manager called me from the gym while working out, breathing hard, and clanking equipment to ensure me I would get good customer service. Every employee that I had interactions with told me something that was not true. We are taking the brand new Buick to another dealer tomorrow for repairs since we can't trust Koons. My personal opinion: I would not recommend Joyce Koons Buick to anyone. More

The BEST service around for GMC! Kevin Hall is absolutely the BEST! He is professional, courteous, and goes out of his way to help! I moved to Fauquier County and tried the dealers there. They were horrible so now I take the time to bring my Sierra 3500 back to this dealer. I won't go anywhere else again! Discrepancy. On the invoice they said "CUSTOMER DECLINED COMPLIMENTARY WORLD CLASS INSPECTION OF VEHICLE". This is a lie. No one told us about that. Also while on On the invoice they said "CUSTOMER DECLINED COMPLIMENTARY WORLD CLASS INSPECTION OF VEHICLE". This is a lie. No one told us about that. Also while on the invoice it says"3K PERFORM OIL" on the sticker that they stuck on the windshield it is for 5,000 miles. This is very confusing. I am very confused and dissatisfied. More
Poor experience on the service side. Sales was the same old Unfortunately the dealer mislead me. I was told on the recall that I would be getting new keys. Then they forgot to order my product. I had to follow up weeks later to get the recall order processed. With this recall people have died and the dealer just overlooked my order. Obviously the service department is too busy to worry about my family's safty. By the way I was about to buy my next car from the Honda side of the dealership. I will be buying a new jeep renagade instead. More
