Matt, I am sorry that you had less than an exceptional experience while your vehicle was in our shop for an oil change. We do try and ask all our customers if they would like an 27 point inspection when in for service. You have a pretty good history with us in doing so, I apologize if that did not happen this time, if not, it should not have been written on your repair order. We may have had a typo on the 3k vs. 5k however you indicated that the sticker (in windshield) is correct at 5k, based on your history with us.
