We did not purchase our vehicle from them but they were more than willing to help us with a warranty fix when our dealership put us off even after my husband took a day off from work to travel an 1 1/2 each way. I was pressured from the beginning 😭! I was told I couldn’t leave! I received a brochure from MB Chevy for 0% financing on the Equinox! I was told it was a used car & wouldn’t get a complimentary oil change! A friend asked me if I was getting free car washes. Nobody said anything ! It was a terrible experience !

Mr. Doyle, I am sure you can imagine that we are absolutely mortified by reading this. We are very sorry to hear that you felt pressured during your vehicle buying experience, we do not want anyone to feel that way. The flyer that you received from the other dealership for 0% financing would only be on a brand new Equinox. Unfortunately there just are not any new Equinox's available, due to the chip shortage and covid restrictions. Once we get one in, it is sold immediately. We try to keep our pre-owned inventory as full of the Equinox as possible,as it is our most popular model. When the new production is not where it has been or needs to be, pre-owned is the next best option. I can assure you, you will receive your first oil change for free. It has been noted in your customer file in our service department, when your Equinox is ready for it, give us a call to get that scheduled. Since you purchased your vehicle in August with only about 100 miles on it...you still have a ways to go, about 5000 miles or so. Also, every vehicle serviced here is eligible for free car washes. Please let your service advisor know when you drop it off for service that you would like it washed. It is that easy. Salesman was polite and professional. Unfortunately the person making the final decision wouldn’t work with me so I bought the Blazer elsewhere for less. Jud K lost a $40k sale for less than $500.00 I feel for the salesman because I know he works on a commission. Oh well!

Robert our service consultant went well out of his way to help us this weekend with repairs that were needed and we give him 5 stars!! After horrible 3-5 year experience with another local dealer we moved our business to Jud Kuhn Chevrolet. If you were a car dealer and a customer walked on your lot 3 times and emailed about a purchase would you respond? The previous dealer did not and after over charging and gouging us on repairs we made the switch and so glad we did. Better service, better prices and better for your needs to purchase a vehicle which we did. Don’t mistake kindness from other dealers as knowledge, they will take advantage of you. At Jud Kuhn….this is not the case thanks for helping our family with an incredible experience with service and purchases. Look forward to many more win the future.

Hello there, I am sure you can imagine how we feel when we read reviews like this. So I did look into it, we do not want any of our customers to feel like they were taken advantage of. I was able to look into the price of your vehicle, which was priced at market value at the time of your purchase. A price that you had agreed to purchase the vehicle for. Market value was $5000 over the MSRP...the manufacturer suggested retail price. Covid 19 and the chip shortage has caused vehicle inventory to be extremely low, which has driven the value of new and pre-owned vehicles up. In fact, you would more than likely be able to sell your vehicle today for what you bought it for in June. As for the fees, we charge some of the lowest in the county. My responce is: buy it back!!!!!! I will sell it back to you, I know car salesman throw lies back at me. This was the worst experience I've ever had with buying a vehicle. My wife gave me the ok because she is crippled. The trickery that was pulled on me on the way hame was disgusting!!!!!!!. They said the payment would be $358.00 month. I said ok. When I went to sign we were rushed thru this process. They tricked me by adding more payments. What a bunch of crooks. That was very deceiving. Take the car back. I cannot enjoy driving the car because I was cheated. I am scheduled for service this friday if you want to discuss the return of the vehicle. Steven R. Wagner
