Did not communicate to me that my van had been towed in by Midway (see Midway review). It sat there days until I went inside to see what was going on with it. I gave them my warranty info. They even moved it after a few days. After back and forth with the Endurance Junction said they couldn't get an answer from Endurance would l try. My daughter got through after 30 minutes. The rep had all the dates and names of people they had spoken to. Endurance contacted Junction. Sadly my claim was denied. But the point of my complaint is between Midway and Junction I am still without my van and it is June 15th. Now I know that I will have to pay $1,800 for the repairs sometime after it gets put back on the schedule. I have been without a vehicle since May 5th. I bought my van from Vandevre in Akron. Sadly my warranty ran out. So I purchased Endurance. But at Vandevre I was always given a rental even if the repairs weren't covered. If it wasn't going to be fixed that day I had a car until it was. What's my point? I will never recommend Midway or Junction. But they are nice people if that's all you are looking for. More

Overpaid for a warranty that covers barely anything. Trying to get things made right, and I'm being treated like garbage. I took my truck for an oil change and transmission flush and was told that I needed over $4000 of work needed on my truck. There was nothing wrong with it just needed the oil change and wanted to have trans and was told that I needed over $4000 of work needed on my truck. There was nothing wrong with it just needed the oil change and wanted to have transmission flushed. The service rep stated that all the work needed to be done for safety reasons. I dropped my truck off and picked up the next day and no oil change or transmission flush was done since I denied them to do all the unnecessary repairs. I was also told that if I wanted to trade my truck in that they would offer me $7500 due to all the work that was recommended to be done. While I was waiting for my truck to get an oil change I seen a truck similar truck to mine that was 4 years newer with the same mileage 75,000 miles going for $38,000. They did not do anything for my truck. There is nothing wrong with my truck and the Kelly Blue book value states $32,000. Junction went down hill over the years. Not going there every again. More
I purchased a 2016 F150 from them within a month I had a problem took it back they replaced the alternator under warranty did not fix the problem. They sent it to another dealer who intern charged me $500 f problem took it back they replaced the alternator under warranty did not fix the problem. They sent it to another dealer who intern charged me $500 for a wiring repair that did not fix the problem, when I went back and complained about it, they told me the truck was at the other dealer not their problem anymore and just left me hanging, so does Babcock stand behind his sales? Absolutely not. More
I have bought and have been using Junctions service department for 5+ years and I must say up until 2020 I never had a bad experience. The last 2 years I have had a lug nut fall off while driving. The last tire rotation the technician hand tightens all 5 lug nuts on the driver side front wheel which I had to pull over and tighten myself. I asked for license plate LED replacement bulbs and was told for both the cost was close to 500$ when in turn they were looking at the Head light replacements (I would guess) I asked to have the washer nozzle replaced and found that the Technician broke the existing nozzle while replacing the defective nozzle. also, the washer fluid bottle was dry and not sure how the replacement and functionality worked after?? They state that the service department will do an inspection of the vehicles when dropped off, all tires were under preasure, not sure if they checked any other fluids besides completing my oil change. I believe that mistakes can happen but this is strike 3 and will find sales and service from another dealer. More

Work was performed at a 5 star level, my vehicle left the body shop in great shape, paper floor mats were put down by the service dept. and i didn't wait very long at all. At checkout, I was informed that my first oil change was free of charge and the ceramic coating was included in my option warranty. I was also escorted to my vehicle by Ashley when I left! I couldn't ask for a better dealer service experience! If I could award more stars, I would! Mark Musca More
