Bad, bad, bad don't deal with these crooks! They mask rust on vehicles that they're trying to swindle you into buying, actually stating there's not an ounce of rust on this truck, when I tried They mask rust on vehicles that they're trying to swindle you into buying, actually stating there's not an ounce of rust on this truck, when I tried to talk him down on the price. Initially, I liked the truck so I went ahead and purchased it for $9000 on a 2007 Silverado but within 3 days, the cheap spray paint (hiding the massive rust, that owner is so cheap, he wont spend a little more money for a better can of spray paint to defraud his stupid customers. Yes, stupid if you spend 1 dime at that sesspool) began to show in several places above the windshield driver's door around the door handle passengers, then I climbed under it and looked really well and I was horrified, it made me sick that they would lie to me like that. With A bad back, I did not do my due diligence and climb under the vehicle before purchasing it. Nor did I take it to a mechanic, big mistake. Don't make my mistake! That rust was so bad within 3 months, I was driving on I-435 and all of a sudden, there's a loud noise underneath the truck, I pulled over, I was dragging the gas tank. It Fell Off! It fell The F*** off the Truck!!The Straps broke free because of the rust had eaten away parts of the 2 strap mounts that hold the gas tank up under the belly of the truck. Parts of the undercarriage were falling off all the time. There were electrical problems with it, AC problems door locks, never worked right. 4 wheel drive intermittent. 2 days after I purchased it, I realized it didn't have a spare tire and assumed that they would make that right. You wouldn't believe the attitude of this guy that I got on the phone down there. Absolutely appalling that they wouldn't throw me a $75 tire when I just spent $9000 for a vehicle that I shouldn't give $9 for My friends and family thought I had lost my mind when they kept seeing me having problems, I had, that thing towed 7 times in the 18 months that I kept it, it was an absolute joke and they are xxxx for the lying,Swindling, greed that we see just a few times in our lifetimes. All with this Twisted sense of superiority that they're so much better than their customers, simply laughing at our stupidity, and getting away with it! So in closing, I told the guy, yeah, I looked underneath there and there's no spare tire, Can I run down there and pick up a spare to fit this truck, because that is what Respectable Businesses do. He told me, "You can pick one up at Chevy for a couple hundred dollars" Wow, how generous of him to give me that fantastic news. Just what I had hoped and prayed for before dialing them....THIS PR*** ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS MY PROBLEM FOR NOT CHECKING IT OUT BEFORE IT LEFT THE LOT. AS IS! WEĹL, AS IS INDEED. MAY YOU ALL FIND YOUR WAY TO A JAIL CELL INFESTED WITH MOLD, BUT THE TOUCH-UP PAINT ON THE CELL BARS WILL PROTECT YOU.....FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, MAYBE. BUT TUPAC SAID IT RIGHT, D** SLOW MFUH DON'T BUY HERE! More

When i went to fix the blower motor I started fining signs of a flood. I took over 60 pictures of rusted tracks and bolts under the seat, mud, grass and silt under the carpet, the fuse box caked in hardened silt, water lines on the seat belts and the tags. I contacted the dealership and asked for a refund, and the tried to explain every sign of a flood as a one off scenarios. They did not want to look at my pictures and offered to fix what was wrong. When you have a flooded car, electrical systems can intermittently short out and when they look at it it may not currently show symptoms, and some of these electrical issues can be delayed in showing, so I refused the service and asked for a refund. the dealership was very defensive and dismissive so now I am taking legal action by getting certified inspections, filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office of Kansas for consumer protection services. I recommend staying away from their deceptive practices. In kansas, it is a dealerships responsibility to know the condition of the vehicles they sell even if the CarFax does not report an issue. Claiming ignorance to the issue does not exonerate them from "wrong doing". More
The dealership has a great selection of older trucks and good condition at very fair prices. I worked with Sean he was great. I forgot the lady’s name in the finance office. She was also great. This is the good condition at very fair prices. I worked with Sean he was great. I forgot the lady’s name in the finance office. She was also great. This is the third Truck that I purchased from KC used car Emporium. I highly recommend looking at them if you’re trying to avoid spending over $50,000 on a truck I typically spend about 10,000 and really like the Truck trucks they’re great. More

We were not told about any of the things that were wrong with the car until we had to find out things for ourselves such as there was a leak in the window washer fluid line the controls on the steering whee with the car until we had to find out things for ourselves such as there was a leak in the window washer fluid line the controls on the steering wheel for the radio do not work we tried taking it back and they said that’s not part of the deal as there’s a big sign that says all sales final. There was also no rear headrest which they refuse to replace as well. We will never buy from this dealership again More
