They need to train there staff on customer service. Was walking around for 30 minutes and they walked right by me. No hi how you doing or anything. Well sir you need to retrain your staff and make sure customer service is always there with greeting them. More
I went in to possibly purchase a new Ram pickup, I was told I wouldn’t be allowed to test drive the truck I wanted to buy, I would NEVER buy a pickup I couldn’t at least drive and see if I liked! NOTE: I have purchased at least 3 brand new vehicles from the Korf dealership for my fleet and they treated me horribly! I would highly recommend finding a dealership elsewhere!!! More

I received and email fairly quickly about the car. This was great, and there was further correspondence that day (a couple more emails, with a question to me from Taylor). I sent 3 more emails with no reply so I gave up and moved on. It was an extremely disappointing experience. But not surprising because the only thing I ever hear about Korf- especially customer service wise- is horrible. Nothing ever good. They do not seem to care about customers. I was hoping it was just upset people and korf is actually good. More

Had some warranty work done and the service dept has been great to work with . Always get me right in the shop and the work was always done earlier than promised.
