Buyer Beware! I was looking for a reliable used car... Kaiser had several that I was interested in. I found one and went to sign papers and found out after asking I was looking for a reliable used car... Kaiser had several that I was interested in. I found one and went to sign papers and found out after asking to see the accident history that it was in a front end collision with airbag deployment. I decided to look at another car and ended up purchasing that car. When looking at the internet price after the purchase of the vehicle it was $200 cheaper online than they charged me at the dealership. I sent the information to my salesman Michael and he apologized and said a check in the amount of the difference would be mailed to me the following day. After several phone calls and emails to my salesman and him telling me the check was mailed. I finally received the check with a post mark dated a week after he advised me it would be mailed. Very poor customer service considering this was an error on their part. I didn't get a washed vehicle, nor a fill up of my gas tank and a 2nd key for the vehicle, which I believe is a standard practice at their dealership. I was left with the impression that my satisfaction was not important after I signed those papers - they were pretty much done with me. I had heard good things about this dealership from previous buyers, however, I have nothing positive to say in regards to my experience. More
