Roy Exceeded Our Expectations This is our second Buick purchased from Kaiser Buick, but we (my wife Nancy and I) weren't really shopping! We went to Kaiser for a test drive because This is our second Buick purchased from Kaiser Buick, but we (my wife Nancy and I) weren't really shopping! We went to Kaiser for a test drive because of a Buick promotional event, nothing more. Oddly enough something peculiar happened, we met Roy Day and immediately felt as though were were talking to a long lost friend. In 50 years of vehicle ownership (22 vehicles) Roy was the first consultant that greeted us with a demeanor of friendship not salesmanship. We took our test drive, talked a little and left the store with some information on a particular Verano. Over the course of the next few days I did some extensive homework, online and on the phone with other dealers, and of course staying in touch with Roy. We set an appointment with Roy to meet and discuss the Verano. Having done my homework I felt prepared to engage in the typical "arm wrestling" associated with a new car purchase. Surprisingly enough there was no need! Every question I asked Roy he answered honestly and fairly, everything he told us was truthful, remember I had documentation in a folder I brought with us and never had to open it up or rebut anything Roy had to say. All the while I kept feeling that we were working with a friend and not a salesman. Simply put, Roy is the consummate customer service consultant. Once again, we went for a promotional test drive, nothing more, and ended up with a new Buick Verano but more importantly, we truly feel as though we made a friend in the process.
