2010 Explorer Limited Purchase I found a 2010 Ford Explorer Limited advertised for sale at Kaiser Buick/GMC in Deland, FL. while searching AutoTrader.com. I spoke with salesman Roy I found a 2010 Ford Explorer Limited advertised for sale at Kaiser Buick/GMC in Deland, FL. while searching AutoTrader.com. I spoke with salesman Roy Day concerning the condition of the vehicle after reviewing the posted pictures on Kaiser Buick website. Roy confirmed for me that the vehicle did not have any hint of having been smoked in. Since I live in South Carolina (314 miles away), I had friends who lived near Deland go over and meet with Roy and evaluate the vehicle for me. It was perfect and I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Roy accommodated me by holding the vehicle until I could get to Deland several days later. Upon arrival at Kaiser Buick/GMC, I was warmly greeted. My experience with Kaiser Buick/GMC and Roy Day could not have been more perfect. And the vehicle they sold me is perfect. I recommend them highly. When I had offer, i dealt with Jimmy Orlando and was in and out in 15 minutes.............no gimmicks, no trying to force stuff on me that I didn't need or want, and no guilt about leaving "essential" add ons on the table.
