Were from Lake County and i had to return back to work and they got us in and got us out. They were very friendly and we even got a chance to me the big man Mr. Kaiser himself. Jimmy H. (superman) was very good to us and kept it all 100. The place was cleaned even down to the bathrooms. We had just purchased a new GMC Sierra from Mark Hansen and had worked with Jimmy Hanlon in 2011 to purchase the Buick Lacrosse. Both purchases were professionally handled, so we asked to see either of these men to help with our new purchase. Jimmy was available, and we explained our complicated dilemma to him. We wanted our mother to have our Lacrosse (which we still owed on) and use the Malibu (paid off) as a trade in. Jeremy, Jimmy and Frank (who was helping Jimmy, as he was swamped) pulled off this 3 car deal with the utmost professionalism. Everyone was happy and we got a great deal on a new Lacrosse.
