I tried going to Kalidy Kia to purchase a vehicle and trade one in. I was treated like an option and a second thought from the moment I arrived. The sales staff all seemed to be in their own worlds. Not only this, but they tried selling me a car that was thousands of dollars overpriced, left me to sit for hours when I would counter their insane offers, and also tried selling me a vehicle with thousands of dollars worth of hail damage. i personally believe they also chose to try and hide that damage. I have never in my entire life had such a terrible experience trying to purchase a vehicle. Kalidy Kia is run by sketchy, lazy, self serving individuals. The lack of care for their customers is shocking and deplorable. I don’t ever care to get online to write negative reviews, but I truly feel this business deserves the worst possible rating. Never, ever purchase anything from this dealership. Save your time and energy and go somewhere that respects you. More

AVOID this dealership! ! We're cash buyers of a vehicle they offered on line. We're in Maine so getting eyes on was not possible. They agreed to an independent inspection ! I would give zero stars if I could. brand new car and they didn’t even put air conditioning fluid in it. Awful out of state buying experience. Took a month after signing to get vehicle, but biggest complaint was lack of transparency and updates. Getting any was like pulling teeth. Finally once truck was delivered, check engine light was on, tire sensor lights on, a leaking front tire, no spare tire (just a rim), broken glass under seat, trash in bed, rear windshield installed with glue and visible white sealant. Had a mechanic look at it on site, dealer promised to address issues but didn’t appear they did. Would 100% not recommend dealing with them. More
