I would give zero stars if I could. brand new car and they didn’t even put air conditioning fluid in it. Now, two years later, the transmission is out and they can’t get parts and the brand new car and they didn’t even put air conditioning fluid in it. Emailed, called texted constantly for status updates to be met with unsure answered and vague promises. Finally once truck was delivered, check engine light was on, tire sensor lights on, a leaking front tire, no spare tire (just a rim), broken glass under seat, trash in bed, rear windshield installed with glue and visible white sealant. Had a mechanic look at it on site, dealer promised to address issues but didn’t appear they did. Would 100% not recommend dealing with them. More

I know this can’t get deleted by the dealership. . Since the sales persons is paid based on volume, they really do not care. They don’t care enough to work with you to get exactly what you want. They don’t care enough to know anything about the vehicle you’re purchasing, so do your own research. If I didn’t previously own the same car, I wouldn’t have purchased it because the salesperson knew absolutely nothing about the car. To test drive the car and put a deposit down took over 4 hours, came back to actually purchase the vehicle and was there over 2 hours .. that is absolutely ridiculous. No one can help each other, and you have to go to a different department for every single thing. My banker tried to call the business about 4 times that day and was sent to voicemail, and then tried to call the actual salesperson and was sent to voicemail where the mailbox was full. Even my banker commented how unprofessional this placed seem… In our agreement I wrote “full interior and exterior detail”. The car wasn’t even vacuumed. There was sticky all over the front of the car- the seats, the floorboards, driver seatbelt and it wasn’t there last time. It looked like someone has spilt their coffee. I then spent $175 for a full interior and exterior detail since this business failed to follow through with their agreement. After reaching out about it I was told that it wasn’t in our agreement and the salesperson heard this all the time and that they people that clean cars only get paid $10 per car. Sounds to me like Kalidy needs to start paying these people a little more money to provide a through service since he has plenty. I’ve never had such a crappy experience at a car dealership. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone at all. More
DON'T TRUST PUBLIC SCORE RATINGS We bought a ’24 Telluride one month ago and now that everything is ‘done’ here are just some of the highlights (lowlights): - The parking lot was too congested an Telluride one month ago and now that everything is ‘done’ here are just some of the highlights (lowlights): - The parking lot was too congested and unsafe for pedestrians and driving. - Our salesperson was required to supervise us completing a paper version of a review we’d need to complete online later. - We learned he would only be compensated if we later answered all questions on the online version with perfect scores. - We drove our new SUV home & the total time in the dealership on purchase day was 8 painful hours…much too long. - I started receiving texts & emails a few days later to complete the online survey even though all follow-up items weren’t complete. - I returned to the dealership for the window tint installation but it was not installed properly as described in our agreement. - I completed the online survey with perfect scores—just for our salesperson—but there were no fields to manually enter specific issues as they promised. - The paperwork they mailed for registration hadn’t been notarized even though I signed it electronically with the ‘finance’ person. - Even though their ‘finance’ person said the names could be adjusted later, the tag agency said the registration name had to be exactly what the dealership wrote. - Now we get to pay the state $40 for a modified title so both of us can be added with an ‘OR’ in the names. - Finally, I was ready to install the tag but the salesperson used different screws to install the paper tag that messed up the threads of the inserts.
