I purchased my vehicle from Kalidy less than 3 weeks ago and a day later I noticed vibration in the rear end. I did what I was asked to and scheduled a service appt last Friday. I have zero communication and called my advisor numerous times with no response. This car is my wife’s and she loves it other than the mechanical issue but this lack of communication and no loaner offered, is killing her experience and love for the car. We just want our car back with no mechanical issues and some communication as what is going on! The lack of customers service is a huge disappointment after having a great experience during the purchase. More
