Awful experience. Between sales, finance, and setting up service for a “we owe you” the ball constantly got dropped no matter how much I followed up. The only decent person was Taygen in service but it took over a month and a half to get anyone to connect me to her office. The communication is non existent and when I constantly asked to speak to a manager after already needing to have a meeting with the former general manager all I could be told is “someone can call you back”. Since the beginning of August I always had to wait for a call back no matter how many times I called. Very happy to have my service finally completed so I can never return again. More
We had a horrible experience with buying the new car. We were basically told we were liars about something that was part of the deal and when we bought the car it had a bent rim on the inside of the pass We were basically told we were liars about something that was part of the deal and when we bought the car it had a bent rim on the inside of the passenger rear wheel and we had to pay for a new wheel which cost me $890 out of pocket. And then we waited a month for some parts to come in and we came back to the dealer ship two different times after we were told the parts were in and they never were, we live 45 minutes away so that was two wasted trips that we should not have had to make. We will never do business here again! More
