Andrew in the service area is excellent. He’s probably the best thing Kalidy has going for it. Becaiuse of what happened to my car at Kalidy I will never buy another car there. The salesperson was nice, but the overall experience was not. This was the second car I bought from them, but they were unwilling to give any discounts. It wasn't until I was about to leave without buying t not. This was the second car I bought from them, but they were unwilling to give any discounts. It wasn't until I was about to leave without buying the car did they finally budge on the price. The car had a couple of small scratches that they said they would fix then deliver the car to me. That didn't happen and when they did deliver the car it still had the scratches. When I turned my car over to them the odometer read 167 and when I got the car back it was in the 300s. For all the delays I feel like they could have washed the car and made sure my gas tank was full. It is what it is, but I will probably not buy another car from them More
