The service times are entirely too long. Please have the needed equipment before I actually get there. There have been 3 occasions where I have brought in the vehicle and the recall parts aren’t there or there isn’t enough fluid. The desk workers always say the maintenance will only take an hour, just for the mechanics to not tell us or the workers that they don’t have the needed supplies. This causes extra hours of waiting for the customer. My experiences here have not been pleasant. More
