We recently purchased a 2026 Kia Sorrento from this dealer. Our sales person, Zaid, was very professional and knowledgeable. We appreciate everything he did to help us. The other persons that we interacted with in the process were also very polite.The only glitch in the process was that we had made an appointment to view this particular vehicle, but when we arrived at the scheduled time, we discovered that a manager had taken the vehicle home the night before. They called her immediately, however, she did not arrive for two hours, and had to clean out the vehicle before we could drive it. We eventually purchased the vehicle and it was “detailed,” however, we later discovered that the driver seat was soiled with some sort of makeup or residue which we had to clean ourselves. More
