My car salesman was not the friendliest. Finally had to talk to management to get it done. Management team is somewhat OK. Had my husband sell a truck to them after I bought one a few days before they told us we would get the check when it came in. However, they did not give us a check until we gave them the title which took way longer than expected from the bank. We had to wait for them to pay it off first, we were told that whenever it comes in, we would get a call to come pick it up and that we had plenty of time for the title However that was not the case.
