I got a battery jump but was told it wouldn’t get me where I needed to go. I did a quick google search and saw I was 5 miles from “the best Kia dealership in OK”. Once I was able to get to Kalidy Kia, the service rep, Taylor, was so kind and told me he’d get me back on the road the same day! I am so thankful for their help and amazing customer service! More

Our salesman was top notch! ! Paperwork process was ridiculous!!!! We have never taken THREE HOURS to finalize anything let alone a vehicle!!! The process that you have set up ! Paperwork process was ridiculous!!!! We have never taken THREE HOURS to finalize anything let alone a vehicle!!! The process that you have set up needs to be modified or something - we love our car but we did not appreciate it taking so long to get things finished.
