Called about a NEW Kia advertised on their website. I simply wanted to know if they indeed had the vehicle and if they would sell it for the price advertised. Once again, I said I just wanted to know if they HAD the car that was advertised on their website and, if so, would they sell it for the price that THEY showed??? She confirmed that they indeed had the car and that she would provide "all of my information" to her sales managers and they would call me back either today or tomorrow. What a bunch of xx. Just old school tactics of leading with a price that they had no intentions of honoring in hopes that they could sell you something else. This place is a waste of time and I hope others do not consider to do business with them. More

I would highly recommend taking your business anywhere other than Kalidy Kia. I went to Kalidy Kia on Saturday 07/06/24 to look at a 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range. My salesman, Ralphael, agreed to a fi other than Kalidy Kia. I went to Kalidy Kia on Saturday 07/06/24 to look at a 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range. My salesman, Ralphael, agreed to a final sales price prior to my arrival. I did not do any paperwork on Saturday due to the car having a faulty camera on the driver side. I was told that the car would be repaired and ready for sale on Monday. I returned to Kalidy on Monday 07/08/24 to look at the vehicle, with intent to purchase. Upon arriving to the lot the vehicle was still in the same condition as it was when I left Saturday. Once we sat down and started to go over the final numbers with the salesman he put down three papers with three different sales prices. I did not understand what was going to happen and how the vehicle was legally going to qualify for the used EV tax credit but he assured me that they “do it all the time” and that “nothing will come back on you.” This did not sit well with me, so I went to leave and he asked me to wait for him to get his manager. Once he came back with a finance manager the finance manager tried explaining their numbers to me. The finance manager had gotten a completely different number than the salesman and sales manager’s previous numbers. They pulled my credit EIGHT TIMES. All of this, just for me to walk out on the deal due to them upping the sales price almost $10,000.00 for a “Friends for life Certification” and add ons that the salesman wasn’t even able to explain. They are adjusting the sales price of the EVs to benefit them and still charging you full price of the vehicle. DO NOT BUY. Total scam that will come back on you at the end of the year when filing your taxes. More

I’m about seven hours away from this dealership. I seen a vehicle online that I was very interested in submitted the information that I needed to submit on 4-8-24 to start a purchase salesman calle I seen a vehicle online that I was very interested in submitted the information that I needed to submit on 4-8-24 to start a purchase salesman called on 4-9-24 for information was going to give to the manager have not heard anything for three days so I called on 4-12-24 4:07 pm spoke with financing supposedly and unfortunately, I was on a speakerphone and it was hard for me to hear the person plus I can hear another person talking in the background also so I just hung up the phone. They did call me back. He said we got disconnected and I said no I hung up because I couldn’t hear you. You’re on speakerphone . He said I was approved. He was going to get the information on payments and etc.. Have not heard back since. I’ve never purchased a car online like this before I have purchased mini mini mini cars in person, but I don’t know if I will go out of my city again to try to purchase a vehicle. This is what you have to put up with. And I don’t think I would recommend anybody to this establishment. I will give it till 4-16-24 if things do turn out to be much much better than what I’ve experienced so far I will put a post and comment on that. 4-13-24 update at 10:24am I received a phone call from the salesman saying that he was told to call me that I was interested in a vehicle. I was like wait a minute. I’ve already submitted all my information over. I’m waiting for a response so I explained everything back to him told him the salesman I speaking with he’s like oh I know him supposed to go talk to him so in return I text the salesman and ask him what’s going on and no response from nobody so far in the past 30 minutes. I did call Chris and he did apologize so I did explain to him what happened. Thank you for talking with me. Then i spoke with the GM then explained to him what was happening I was told Should know something on Monday 4-15-24 🙏 4-24-24 update So I didn’t get a hold of Chris said what was going on with the lack of communication on the paperwork for the loan approval he did look into it. Things seem to be better. on the 18th I left my house at 3 o’clock in the morning arrived at the dealership approximately 1:30 in the afternoon .I asked for the salesman he said that they are almost done with the paperwork. I’ll get you in sign the paperwork. said no I need to see the car first he said it’s in the detail shop I told him OK I’ll wait for it. about maybe 15 minutes shows up in front I go look at it do a walk around looking on the inside and I was like OK and then he went inside. look bit more at the car and noticed three major things on the passenger side. There was a crease in the door. The front driver side bumper, scratches the front passenger side bumper major scratches had a piece of paint chipped out of it. So I brought it to his attention the salesman and he’s like oh they’ll fix it. I was like OK not for me. I have a nine hour ride in front of me. What are they gonna do? well we can ship it to you probably .I ask so you would buy a vehicle and accepted damage vehicle and having them fix it. I’m glad you I would not, here comes a sales manager, telling me the same thing they can fix it And I just told him no I’m not taking it. let me see what we have, come back. He tells me he has a white EV6 and a black one . I don’t want black or white I came here for the blue so if you can’t accommodate that, then I guess I need to go. so I purchased the blue one on the floor salesman said he was gonna get it detailed like no don’t I don’t want them touching it. They put a little bit of charge into it.. The salesman disappeared. I had to remove my own license plates the front would not come off I had to leave it. Will reported loss had to pay for one. the service help me with the back plate & bracket to put on super nice guy. The salesman disappeared. No thank you for the. Nothing but love for this dealer. I am in Kansas City and they were the first to respond to my inquiries. They were fast, honest, and very friendly and helpful. I tried going to Kalidy Kia to purchase a vehicle and trade one in. I was treated like an option and a second thought from the moment I arrived. The sales staff all seemed to be in their own worlds. Not only this, but they tried selling me a car that was thousands of dollars overpriced, left me to sit for hours when I would counter their insane offers, and also tried selling me a vehicle with thousands of dollars worth of hail damage. i personally believe they also chose to try and hide that damage. I have never in my entire life had such a terrible experience trying to purchase a vehicle. Kalidy Kia is run by sketchy, lazy, self serving individuals. The lack of care for their customers is shocking and deplorable. I don’t ever care to get online to write negative reviews, but I truly feel this business deserves the worst possible rating. Never, ever purchase anything from this dealership. Save your time and energy and go somewhere that respects you. More

AVOID this dealership! ! We're cash buyers of a vehicle they offered on line. We're in Maine so getting eyes on was not possible. They agreed to an independent inspection ! I paid for the inspection in advance and when the inspector called to set an appointment they told him it was sold. Four days later it is still on their website as an available vehicle. They would not return my calls or texts. They advertise as having 4++ stars for reviews. I believe it's made up. No way I can recommend them! More
