Worst dealer I've ever known as far as service dept. Don't have my vehicle (yes they do). Don't call me when parts come in that I've ordered for some minor stuff that I can fix myself (so they send them Don't have my vehicle (yes they do). Quoted price for repair of heated seat (should be simple, right?) over DOUBLED when went to pick it up. Quoted me $2,200 to fix my power running boards (paid them $85 for the inspection/quote). So went to different dealer 80 miles away and they replaced a relay switch for $265. Put the wrong oil in a friend of mine's Explorer which caused the engine light to come on so she had to have it towed. Asked about reimbursement for the tow and they said can't do that. Reluctant to give a receipt with the mileage on it for the second oil change only a few miles after the original one until demanded to get one. I could go on and on, but that's enough. Owned Fords ALL my life, So disgusted with them I bought a Ram pick up and am selling the Ford! More

Lied. WE CALLED FORD CORP. after being told ongoing for 6 weeks they didn't have a car loner or rental while our daughters car was waiting to get serviced WE CALLED FORD CORP. after being told ongoing for 6 weeks they didn't have a car loner or rental while our daughters car was waiting to get serviced due to an issue under warrant. and they said Kallispell Ford should have offered a Rental car since the service work was under warranty. ITS BEEN 6 WKS. and they still haven't provided. We called again and Erin said you have to be age 25 to get a rental. LIED. The 1st Q&A on Corwin Toyota website, which is Owned by the same place & where they said they do rentals says age 21. I called them and they had rentals available. I called back Kalispell Ford and asked them to provide a rental car and did not get a call back. Very disappointing. We were going to trade her car in for a newer Ford there but not now. They just lost a loyal customer. Treat people the way you want to be treated is all we ask. No respect or integrity. More

Bought my second new truck from Kalispell Ford. Bought a New 2020 F-150 from them in March 2021, ordered a 2022 F-450 in July of 2021 and picked up in April of 22. The sales and service team at Kal Bought a New 2020 F-150 from them in March 2021, ordered a 2022 F-450 in July of 2021 and picked up in April of 22. The sales and service team at Kalispell is second to none in my opinion. I live in Maryland and drive 2600mi to purchase from them. Hitch, my salesman is easy to deal with and Seth the Sales Manager is the best in the business. I can’t wait to buy more vehicles from Kalispell Ford. Their customer relations are unmatched. I can’t say enough how easy my truck buying experience was. 5000mi+ round trip is a small price to pay for the service that Kalispell Ford offers. More

Had to have a customers key fob programmed they charged extra....just because they said they had to use their parts....no parts were used...135 for programming. Then charged 19.00 just because? I hate this place it is a joke. This dealership has the worst service department! I now drive to Ronan. They lie to your face and try to make you feel better with smooth talking. The bottom line is they sh worst service department! I now drive to Ronan. They lie to your face and try to make you feel better with smooth talking. The bottom line is they shouldn’t be in business. I’ve had my tire come off because they only tightened two of 8 lug nuts. I’ve had parts ordered that they say will take time because of COVID. You call them every month for seven months asking about parts only to have them say a half year later they haven’t heard of you. You ask them to rotate tires, and when you come back to pick up your vehicle you find they haven’t done what you asked. Instead you get the response well they looked fine, even though you just drove 10’000 miles and they need rotated. .your pickup goes into limp mode and goes in on a wrecker three times and they tell you your pickup or your turbo just needs reprogrammed. A week later they replace the turbo and you make it 25 miles before it fails again. Then they replace it a second time and rip the wiring harnesses from your pickup telling you it came it this way. Need I mentioned this pickup has under 30 thousand miles at this point. The best is they will tell you well I’m now the new service manager and that was all in the past, from this point forward I’m going to make changes. Well if you believe this good luck. I’m to the point where I think the owner is to blame, not the sorry managers! More

Great Salesman! Greedy Used Car Manager My wife and I came to the dealership around 5:30-pm Tuesday 4/23/19. We were looking for a possible trade deal for a nice 2015 Blue Ford Edge SEL with My wife and I came to the dealership around 5:30-pm Tuesday 4/23/19. We were looking for a possible trade deal for a nice 2015 Blue Ford Edge SEL with low miles. We have a 2013 Genesis 3.8L sedan to trade, also with low miles and similar condition. The sales person, "Hitch", was very easy to talk with, knew his job very well, offered no pressure other than the usual, "If we can find the car you want today are you willing to do a deal"...We took the car for a test drive while the team inspected our car. I mentioned that we were only interested in a changeover price... not what our car was worth and what their car was worth, etc... I had done some advance checking on the KBB and other similar cars to ours, and had a fair idea of its value...even at a dealer price... We were SHOCKED and very disappointed when the manager came over with the offer! We were offered $7,500 trade for our Genesis [see KBB], and the Ford was priced at over $20,000. Way below KBB for our car and at the top of the curve for the Ford! WOW!!! What a 'greedy' manager. Then the Manager had the nerve and audacity to suggest we could buy a 2011 Ford Taurus and pay several thousand extra...again WOW and WOW again!! He must of thought that we were desperate idiots! His greed killed the deal! We really liked the Ford, and the interaction with "Hitch" was great...but, it was the manager that killed the deal as well as totally change our opinion of EVER buying a car from them or any of their affiliates!! It is a pity that Hitch was not able to do the deal... We were CASH + trade buyers too....no finance! I hope that "Hitch" can be promoted to manager soon, as the existing one will probably lose the company a lot of customers! If you DO want to do a deal with that company, be sure to ask if "Hitch" is available... More
