I have purchased about 20 vehicles in the last 50 years. I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience of them all. While visiting the wonderful state of Montana from Alabama. We experienced transmission problems with our 2020 F250. Jeremy Works greeted us at the door. I had already went to their web page and found the truck I wanted if we decided to trade. He was very attentive to our situation and worked with us with no pressure. We bought a 2026 F350. I felt we received the best deal possible. Orion Burnham gave us detailed information concerning our issue and gave us top price for our trade. He is continuing to work with Ford concerning the warranty of the transmission. Roy the Finance Manager did a great job explaining the finance options. Thanks to all for making a difficult situation go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend Kallispell Ford. Only wish they were in Alabama for our next purchase. More
