First all of Kareem Auto vehicles have been in an accident. You can easily see that the bumpers were repainted. Please have a mechanic inspect your vehicles. Even though the car fax can show that there were no accidents it is clear that our bumpers were repainted. In addition for some reason after a month of owning the car, all of these muddy stains started to appear all over the seats. It looks like the vehicle may have been in a potential flood situation. We then never received our DMV tags. And were sent a new vehicle registration renewal fee in the mail. I don’t know what Kareem Auto Sales did but DMV was not properly communicated that we needed new tags from purchasing from them. I then reached out to my sales representative Dee and he informed me they would be sending a check for the amount due. When the check arrived it was significantly lower than the renewal fee. There should have not been a renewal fee since we paid the DMV fees upfront when purchasing the vehicle. This review is to keep buyers aware of the experience you may encounter and the quality of the vehicle. More
"Sunny" responded to my initial email query about a specific advertised Toyota vehicle at Kareem Auto Sales telling me the vehicle was available. I do not reside in the immediate area of Kareem's, and specific advertised Toyota vehicle at Kareem Auto Sales telling me the vehicle was available. I do not reside in the immediate area of Kareem's, and did not want to take time driving 45 to 60 min one way to get basic infomation on a specific vehicle. So for my second contact, I emailed "Sunny" 6 questions about the subject Toyota. He did not respond or acknowledge my request for information. The vehicle still is listed for sale. I rate this lack of response to customer query below average customer service. More
I would steer far and clear from these guys. They are rude and don’t value your time. They are pushy. And if you don’t k ow about cars or financing these guys will rope you over. Tell all your friends an rude and don’t value your time. They are pushy. And if you don’t k ow about cars or financing these guys will rope you over. Tell all your friends and family to look out and not purchase anything from them. Go anywhere but here. They are awful. Every one I know has had horrible experiences there. Don’t believe me well then just go there and see what I’m talking about. And not to mention no one even knows how to properly use a mask #Corona. More

Angelo was very helpful, he made it an easy decision for me to purchase my truck. The Dealership was well organized and the staff resembled a family, working together closely. me to purchase my truck. The Dealership was well organized and the staff resembled a family, working together closely. More
False Advertising and Misinformation I recently purchased a BMW from Kareem Auto Sales. It was advertised as having a 30-day/3000 mile full power train warranty. After the purchase, whe I recently purchased a BMW from Kareem Auto Sales. It was advertised as having a 30-day/3000 mile full power train warranty. After the purchase, when I read the warranty provided to me in detail, I discovered that the warranty excluded BMWs from coverage and that the only dealer who would be authorized to fix the car is Kareem Auto Sales themselves. I feel misled and duped, through false advertising by Kareem. My decision to purchase was influenced by the assurance of having the warranty, especially since I am an out of state buyer. In the couple of weeks after purchasing, I discovered several mechanical issues that were not disclosed to me. The physical condition of the car was also not accurately described to me, during phone calls with the salesmen who were helping me. It was not until I flew to CA to pick up that car, that I discovered the flaws that were not disclosed in advance. This was one of the most disappointing car purchase experiences that I have had, which is unfortunate because those with whom I dealt seemed like nice people. I believe Kareem’s business would benefit by more attention to detail, especially when promoting and representing their higher end cars to buyers who will expect full transparency and who may have higher expectations at the higher price points.
