I have changed my outlook about car dealers. I have sent a letter to the owner to express my gratitude about the care and kindness we recieved at a horrible time in our lives. Darrell worked with me during the service of my 04 passat. I had previously paid $$$ for repairs. It had additional costly mechanically issues to address. I wasn't pressured. He introduced me to Clarence who explained lease & buy options. Ended up leasing a 2011 golf to hold me over for 2 1/2 yrs until I can purchase my VW of choice. The woman in finance was also a gem! She answered all my lease questions. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and answered questions. Definitely will return and request Darrell for my service/maintenance POC! Another family member recently purchased a Jetta and is also extremely pleased with his Radley experience. More

Also very confused on what the maintance contract I purchase included. Spoke to the GM he apoligize for what happened bud this will never bring about trust And requested if he could send me detailed information on what I purchased in the maintance contract. He send me a copy of what is handed out to customers. No letter of explanination what happened with the run around on a product that we thought was ordered. More

I went in for preventative maintenance, spent $1400 and have had nothing but problems ever since. In fact I have two difference Service guys contradicting each other about what is rattling underneath my c have had nothing but problems ever since. In fact I have two difference Service guys contradicting each other about what is rattling underneath my car. I lost and ran over a plastics shield that fell off a week after service and Karen Radley is doing nothing to make amends of all my time and troubles. I had the work done in March and have been back three times to get it right. I now have a complaint in with Volkswagen and have found another mechanic to not only fix the problem but to figure out just what Karen Radley did to my car. Go elsewhere. More
