I contacted Gene looking for a 2500 Silverado HD truck and told him what I wanted and also told him about the truck I had to trade. In no time at all he called me back with an offer. When I arrived that weekend the truck was exactly what was requested plus they had it looking like something you would see at the Chicago Auto Show. It was spotless, full of fuel and ready to go. It had adequate space for legs and head room when our 6 foot, 6 inch son rode with us. We did experience numerous mechanical problems with the car. Doug and Dale (service dept) were great in getting us right in and working on the problem at that time. I did write Mr.Karl Moyer several letters about the problems and told him I thought Chev should replace the car. In the end, the car was replaced with a 2012 Equinox. We paid a very reasonable amount as part of the replacement. Mr. Karl Moyer visited with us by phone several times. We believe Mr. Moyer takes care of his customers. We believe he is a person of high integrity. Mr. Moots(new car manager) was our contact and took well care of everything we needed done. In several years we will return to the Karl Moyer Dealership to purchase another new car. More

Gene was very helpful in the dealing on our new 2012 Camero. After going to the dealership for a test drive, I was never back there except to pick up the car. All the dealing was done on the phone.
