Had an appointment for 7:30am by 5pm nothing was fixed. This was after I set the appointment and was assured it would be fixed that day. Everybody was very helpful. Communication needs to improve especially if there's a problem with the vehicle and there's a delay. I had a loaner for more then 2 weeks, without hearing a word.I also had improve especially if there's a problem with the vehicle and there's a delay. My car had a spindle nut that needed tightened up by a technician. Car has only 38,000 miles on it. Even thought I have 5/60 warranty, it was denied to the tune of $305. Rediculous!!😳 technician.
