Charged $200 just to diagnose, and wait for it....they were wrong! Wanted to do $3,000 repair on torque converter. Turns out it was a fuel pump. Not using this dealer again. I have taken my truck here for service from day one and was always great. However last service visit a brand new multi pack of masks was stolen out of my map pocket. Yesterday I had an 8 AM appointment fo was always great. However last service visit a brand new multi pack of masks was stolen out of my map pocket. Yesterday I had an 8 AM appointment for oil change tire rotation and I received no phone call my truck was ready. Called several times and always got voice-mail and no return call after leaving a message. Showed up after work to get my truck and the price for this service went up $30 from last visit of same service. Very disappointing. I won't be back. More

The Karl Flammer service team overall has been quite good with my needs. I find the online scheduler to be quite intuitive and I am thoroughly pleased with the service managers' level of care, empathy and with my needs. I have worked with four of them now (No worries, the car doesn'thavea plethora of issues. Just little requests I've wanted an oil changeand a recall), and EACH of them has been outstanding.
