You can purchase a car or truck anywhere but great service after the sale is what's important. Service at Karl Flammer Ford is excellent and working with Rob Bender in the service department is always a pleasure. Having professional sales people such as Tom Saffero on their staff to assists with your buying decision is a real added bonus. Their finance department is invaluable when it comes time to select a finance plan that is best suited to your budgetary needs. Follow up after the sale as well as after each service visit is excellent. Over the past twelve years I have purchased three vehicles from Karl Flammer Ford. In each case I was always treated professionally and with respect. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime however, the most pleasurable transactions were with Karl Flammer Ford. The sales experience is always a pleasure but the service is what keeps me coming back. Oh, yes there really is a Karl Flammer. I have met him and had lengthy conversation on a variety of subject matter. If you have the pleasure of meeting him you'll understand why his dealership operates the way it does. All of the aforementioned reasons are why I prefer to do business with Karl Flammer Ford and also why I will continue to go there for my future purchases and service. P. Dove, Hudson, FL More

I highly recommend Karl Flammer Ford for their service department. I recently had my F150 serviced at the dealership and once again was very pleased with the service performed and rapid turn-around time. Rob Bender, the service advisor, is always professional, listens closely to the description of the problem and keeps me informed on the status of the repair and cost. My truck was ready when promissed and the repairs were done correctly. I will continue to go to Rob and Karl Flammer Ford for any future repairs, (however the F150 rarely needs it). KC More

In a world where customer service seems to be a low priority for may organizations Karl Flammer Ford continues to stand out. In the past I've taken fleet vehicles to Karl Flammer for service and have priority for may organizations Karl Flammer Ford continues to stand out. In the past I've taken fleet vehicles to Karl Flammer for service and have always been very satisfied. Last week I needed service on my wife's personal vehicle. No one looks forward to having their car serviced as it is sure to separate you from your time and money. That being said Mike Palermo made this about as good an experience as one can have getting a vehicle serviced. What a great representative he is for the dealership. Also Wayne, Todd, Ernie and Joe were professional, pleasant to deal with and went the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Way to go Karl Flammer Ford!! They say that bad news travels fast but in this case I found myself telling people about my good experience. Thanks. Best, Matt Sargent Odessa, Fl More
Total rip-off. Needed recall work on my f-350. It was not running because of the recalled part, cam position sensor, so I had it towed in. The truck was previously running and just quit. (just like a cam sen running because of the recalled part, cam position sensor, so I had it towed in. The truck was previously running and just quit. (just like a cam sensor) Was told IF the repair didn't fix it they would do a diagnostics check. Got a call saying the repair didn't fix it but they ran the diagnostics and it would cost me $1000 to fix it which I declined. I went to the dealership and had to pay $100 for a diagnostic check to get my key back so I could check it out. The truck started right up(just like I thought it would). Now, in order to do a diagnostics check on the vehicle it has to be running, otherwise you are only going to be able to access trouble codes from the ECM. Mentioned this to service writer who checked with tech. Tech said he did have it running so he was able to perform the diagnostics check. IF IT IS RUNNING NO DIAGNOSTICS NEEDS TO BE PERFORMED. Trying to get my money back. More
