the dealership is excellent. However the time it takes for service is excessive. On the last 2 visits, the wait time is 2 hours. That is frustrating to see the car "sit" without work being done - when the expectation was from Christian to come by to have the seat belt checked....but 2 hours is too long without any updates. Had to rent a vehicle for a few days and suffer without vehicle. Ford should have give us loaner car or let us use our bejhiclw while parts can in. Was told that does would not cover recall - new transmission of we used car. Ford should have paid for us to have rental for entire time or five loner car. More
