I was in the market for a 2019 Ram Limited so I found this beautiful truck. I called Brian to schedule a test drive. Wife and I drove up the next day for the test drive. There I met Brian and we looked this beautiful truck. I called Brian to schedule a test drive. Wife and I drove up the next day for the test drive. There I met Brian and we looked over the truck and went on our drive. The drive only lasted about 10 minutes because we only went about 2 miles down the road and back. Very rushed! After returning to the dealership I asked Brian would they honor my doing a PPI(pre purchase inspection) on the truck. He said that he would need to get that approved from his manager. Then he tells me that we have mechanics there already. Then I told him that I wanted to see air suspension functionality of the truck and how it works. We activated the switch for the truck to lower and nothing happened. Brian told me that he would get that checked out and get back with me on Monday. No one reached back out to me. Tuesday I send an email inquiring about the problem. Wednesday I finally heard back from Brian. He told me that management refused to fix it and It's an "as is" vehicle. It will be sold "as is". Later that evening I received the email that the truck was sold. Obviously this dealership does not inspect their vehicles prior to selling. Good ole country crooks! More

Even after markup, you cannot buy a similarly configure vehicle due to Ford options changes and price increase. Everyone at dealership very friendly and helpful. We drove from Austin to get the vehicle and it was well worth our time given insane markups Austin dealers have on any available vehicle. More
