Great service, but my “radio” should not have gone bad . This is an issue with many Chrysler autos. Redesign and fix it. Not smart to have this system in charge of so many functions. I was skeptical that I'd be able to find something I liked for a decent price, let alone so close to home, and Kevin Hernandez with Karmart worked with me remotely make it all happen seamlessly after explaining that I needed a vehicle to travel for essential work at a Hydro-Generation facility. An appointment was made so that the sale could be made in a safe & sanitized manner and I was driving away within only 40mins of my arrival, extremely happy with not only the vehicle but the entire purchasing process.
